This Oud is one of the best deals available for a quality Oud with robust, deep, and projecting sound. The bass is punchy and has that growl that I love to hear in Arabic Ouds. The high strings ring out loud and clear, and cut through to your audience. 

This Oud has a nice fine light finish on the soundboard. It’s a very refreshing finish. It’s just enough to protect the Oud from oil and sweat, but not too much that it will dampen the sound. 

The action and playability is just as good as my Ouds that cost $2000 & $3000 dollars.

The tuning pegs are the same quality as the pegs on my Ouds which cost $2000 & $3000 dollars.

I personally use this Oud. I would use it to perform on stage. 

This Oud is balanced for flexible tunability. Use Turkish strings and tune to Turkish tuning, put on Fa-Fa strings and tune to Iraqi tuning. Or use the classic Do-Do Arabic string set for Arabic tuning.
